CWUK has been established to work with organisations of all sizes, and in all sectors, to work better together using the framework outlined in BS11000:2010 – Collaborative Working Relationships.
Our aim is to work with companies at all stages of the collaborative journey. We are able to provide advice and leadership with the introduction of an initial collaborative working framework, undertake gap analysis and auditing to assess currently levels of collaborative maturity, and help prepare for stage 1 and stage 2 audits.
We then continue to work with those organisations who have achieved BS11000 certification to continually improve their Corporate Relationship Management Plans, develop individual project Relationship Management Plans, run collaborative training workshops, facilitate collaborative planning sessions and manage feedback and learning exercises.
